If your new furniture doesn't feel quite right, we offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Item

  Ensure the item is clean and disassembled (if applicable). Use original packaging whenever possible to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Our carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the return from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.
